For hair care, massage some warm sesame seed oil into your hair and scalp and
it will nourish your hair and encourage new growth. For skincare, apply
directly to facial skin before bed at night and wash it off in the morning, it
will not only nourish and moisturize your skin but also help fight blemishes
and keep your skin clear and fresh looking. For massage, warm the oil just
as warm as tepid water. Apply in copious amounts on the skin and massage
firmly. Keep the oil on the skin for about 15 - 30 minutes then wash it down
with water. Applying sesame oil before or after swimming can leach out
chlorine.
